Free Shipping
Showerbuddy.com offers FREE shipping for most items as long as they are shipped within the continental US (excluding Hawaii and Alaska, tax free except in Arizona). Your order will likely be shipped via UPS or a common carrier such as Yellow Freight. In some circumstances, we may choose another highly qualified party. Orders normally leave our manufacturer warehouse within one or two business days. (For example order an item on Friday, Saturday or Sunday and it will ship on Monday or Tuesday. Order it Monday and it ships on Tuesday or Wednesday.) Accounts that have different bill to and ship to addresses and/or use a free public mail server such as Hot mail rather than a Company or direct ISP account may require added processing time and can delay shipment a bit. Please make sure you enter the correct information in the correct fields on our order forms.

All products shipped by showerbuddy.com are traceable. Customers will receive tracking information of shipped orders directly by E-mail from showerbuddy.com on the day after shipment. You can visit the FedEx web site or the UPS web site with the tracking number we supply

International Orders
Our standard delivery area is within the lower 48 continental United States. Most items can be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories or even internationally (additional shipping charges will be incurred). To contact us regarding shipping outside of the continental US, please send e-mail to sales@showerbuddy.com or call 1-480-287-1757 and we will provide a shipping quote prior to processing.

Motor Carrier Deliveries
Many of our larger products will ship via motor carrier. Sinks, Bathtubs,Toilets,Whirlpools, Ceiling Fans, Towel Warmers, Medicine Cabinets Freight Shipping Surcharges Apply on these Products.

All motor carrier deliveries are tailgate deliveries at the end of your driveway. You will need to be prepared to unload the package and transfer it into your home or office once it arrives. If you require an inside delivery, please notify us and we can arrange for the trucking company to assist you. There is an additional fee for this service. It is your responsibility to make final delivery arrangements with the delivering carrier.

Wrong Products Received
If you are shipped a different product than you ordered, please contact us at info@ showerbuddy.com or 1-888-287-1757 within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will provide an RGA number and instructions on how and where to ship back. We will pay the freight back and ship the correct product freight free.

Defective Products
If the product you receive has manufacturing defects, contact us at sales@showerbuddy.com or call 1-480-860-6876 within 48 hours of receiving the product and s howerbuddy.com will replace the item. We will issue an RGA and give instructions to ship back. Products returned as defective which are found not to be defective  25% handling charge and if the item is a nonreturnable item, no credit will be issued for the return of the product. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges going back to the customer.

General Returns
Return Policy

Some Items Cannot Be Returned! Most Items Carry A  25% restocking fee.
Some popular items can be exchanged for merchandise credit without a restocking fee. Custom sinks are not returnable
If showerbuddy.com ships your order undamaged and you wish to return it for reasons not specified above, freight back to us and handling charges will apply. Freight charges are nonrefundable.

The following is a list of nonreturnable, nonrefundable merchandise:
* Whirlpools
* Bathtubs
* Shower Enclosures
* Shower Tub Glass Doors
* Sinks with custom Holes Added

Once an order for any item mentioned above has been placed. It cannot be canceled and it cannot be returned. All other products CAN be exchanged if you follow the rules, but are subject to a 25% restocking fee on any exchange or a 25% fee on any return for credit to your credit card. 

All Returned Are Subject To The Following Rules:
Material must arrive back in the manufacturer's original packaging with all accessories and in resalable condition. You must get return instructions and an RAG number from a showerbuddy.com representative before making a return. You must pay freight back to the location specified in showerbuddy.com's RGA Instructions. This address may be different than the address from where we originally shipped the item. All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your product. After 30 days of receipt of merchandise, no return’s or exchanges can be made.

If any of these 4 conditions has not been satisfied, YOU CANNOT receive a return credit or exchange.

To return an item, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-480-860-6876 and a showerbuddy.com representative will issue a return goods authorization number (RGA) and assist you with return shipping instructions.In order to get an RGA, you will have to E-mail or fax us stating that you agree to the applicable restocking fee per the schedule above. Credits are normally issued within 5 business days from when we have received the product back. This return policy is for your protection and our protection. No exceptions will be made to these rules.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been shipped. Typically, most orders are shipped the same day they are received. Our customer service desk can inform your of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be canceled for a full refund. Once at item is shipped the terms or our Returns policy will take effect. In some cases a custom, special order item may be nonreturnable and/or non-cancelable.
