You receive a 30-day satisfaction guarantee with all stock items purchased from We will gladly replace the stock item if defective or refund the money  of the merchandise, less a 10% restocking charge.

Installed items defer to the manufacturers warranty and may not be returned for credit.

Non-stock items; products built to order, located or sourced out; may be nonreturnable and in some cases are non -cancelable. If your order falls into this category you will be notified before we place the order with the manufacturer.

Manufacturer Warranty Protection

Zoe products are manufactured under the highest standards of quality and workmanship. Zoe warrants to the original consumer purchaser of this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship during normal use, for (1) year from date of purchase. A replacement for any defective part will be supplied free of charge for installation by you. Defects or damage caused by the use of other than original Zoe parts are not covered by this warranty. This warranty shall be effective from the date of purchase as shown on the purchaser's receipt.

This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and excludes product damage due to installation error, product abuse, or product misuse, whether performed by a contractor, service company, or yourself. Zoe will not be responsible for labor charges, and/or damage incurred in installation, repair or replacement, nor for incidental or consequential damages

On-line Ordering Security

Your online shopping experience has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All customer records are stored on a secure SQL server with controls to provide limited access. International Orders

Our standard delivery area is within the lower contiguous 48 continental United States. Most items can be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories or even internationally (additional shipping charges will be incurred). To contact us regarding shipping outside of the contiguous continental US, please send e-mail to or just enter an order and we will provide a shipping quote prior to processing.

Motor Carrier Deliveries

Many of our larger products will ship via motor carrier. All motor carrier deliveries are tailgate deliveries at the end of your driveway. You will need to be prepared to unload the package and transfer it into your home or office once it arrives. If you require an inside delivery, please notify us and we can arrange for the trucking company to assist you. There is an additional fee for this service. It is your responsibility to make final delivery arrangements with the delivering carrier.

Product Inspections

Please remember that when the order arrives it is your responsibility to ensure that the product has not been damaged in transit by the freight company. Inspect the box for external damage, remove the packaging and inspect the contents for any physical damage in the presence of the delivery driver. If there is any damage, visible or not, you must indicate such on the delivery receipt. When you sign the delivery ticket and do not note any damage, the unit becomes your property.

Again, please take the time to inspect the delivery and if there is any damage be sure to note it on the delivery ticket. If the damage is severe enough to render the product inoperable or unusable, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately at 1-480-860-6876.

Concealed damage is almost impossible to prove if no notation was made at the time of delivery. However, if you discover internal (non-visible) damage please contact us within three (3) business days for instructions. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue to the best of our ability.

In-Stock Items

In-stock items ship same or next business day unless otherwise indicated. Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 7 business days.

Out-of-Stock Items

If for some unforeseen reason an item is no longer available, or will be backordered for an extended period of time, you will be notified.

Sales Taxes charges all applicable sales taxes required by the state of Arizona on purchases of goods and services made through the web site. If you place an order being shipped outside of Arizona, you are responsible for paying all sales and use taxes that apply in your home state.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled any time prior to shipment. Once an item is shipped the terms of our Returns policy will take effect. In some cases a custom, special order item may be nonreturnable and/or non-cancelable. In such case you will be notified before we place the order with the manufacturer.

Returns Policy

We will gladly accept returns/exchanges if we are notified within 30 calendar days of delivery. In order to expedite your return please complete the following steps:

Obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) by calling 1-480-860-6876 We cannot accept returns without an RGA. All returns for defective merchandise or incorrectly shipped items will be returned at our expense.

Return all products in the original packaging. You must include with the return all manuals accessories and parts to obtain full credit. Following receipt of the merchandise a replacement will be shipped or we will credit your account. Collect shipments are not accepted.

Ship to the address instructed. Shipping to any other address will delay or prevent the processing of your return. An additional handling charge will be incurred if you ship to any other address than instructed.

If you wish to return a product for any reason other than defect or incorrect shipment, we gladly will accept the return with no questions asked. You must follow the RGA guidelines above and the following conditions apply: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. Item must be returned in new, resalable condition. A restocking fee of 15% will apply to all returns. After 30 days we are unable to accept any return.


  • As stated in our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee, all returns are subject to a restocking fee, and some special order items are nonreturnable.
  • In some cases a custom, special order item may be identified by the manufacturer as nonreturnable and/or non -cancelable. In such case you will be notified before we place the order with the manufacturer.
  • We cannot accept damaged merchandise that was not inspected by the customer on the original delivery. If a customer signs for a delivery clear and does not note any damage, then it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the freight company to recoup damages.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
